Find the tender before it finds you.
Every morning Stazion reads the new public tenders across Europe and puts the few that fit what you sell in front of you, each with a sentence on why and the tender’s own words to back it.
The utility is buying the circulation pumps for its new plant, the kind you sell.
IN ENGLISH: “4 circulation pumps, 315 kW, including frequency converters”
ORIGINALThe old way
- 01Somebody scrolls tender portals every week, one country at a time, and still misses the tender that mattered.
- 02Keyword alerts fill the inbox with tenders that share a word with what you sell and nothing else.
- 03The tenders below the EU thresholds sit on national portals nobody on the team has time to check.
- 04A tender in German, Norwegian or Finnish is skipped because nobody can tell quickly what it asks for.
- 05Nobody knows who won the buyer’s last contract, or which contractors win this kind of work.
With Stazion
- 01Every morning the new tenders across Europe are read for you, and only the few that fit reach your list.
- 02Each find is judged against your own description of what you sell, and rests on the tender’s own words.
- 03The national portals of Germany, Switzerland, the UK, Norway, Finland and Austria are read beside the EU’s database.
- 04Every find is summarised in English, and the buyer’s own text is shown in your language, with the original one press away.
- 05Opening a find shows the buyer’s earlier contracts and the firms that win the most of that work in the country.
The big tenders and the small ones.
The EU’s database carries the tenders above the EU thresholds. The smaller ones are only on national portals, and that is where fewer competitors look.
TED, the EU’s tender database: every tender above the EU thresholds, from every member state.
The national tenders below the EU thresholds, from oeffentlichevergabe.de.
simap.ch, the Swiss public procurement portal.
Find a Tender, which carries every UK public tender.
Doffin, the Norwegian national portal.
Hilma, the Finnish national portal.
The buyers’ own published notices, from the official Austrian sources.
About 1,700 new tenders from the EU’s database and another 450 to 550 from the national portals.
From the morning list to an RFx.
The same workspace that answers the tender finds it first.
Describe what you sell
In a buyer’s words, one paragraph per line of business. Stazion drafts it from your website or your product catalog, and you read it through.
Read every morning
The new tenders are read and judged against your description. Only the strong and possible matches reach the list, each with a reason.
Decide
Open a find for the facts, the scope in English, who won before and the files. Save it, or mark it not relevant, and the next finds get better.
Start the RFx
One press brings the buyer, the deadline, the notice and, where the platform publishes them openly, the tender’s own files into a new RFx.
A FIND IS A SUGGESTION. YOU READ THE TENDER BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO BID
Not another keyword alert.
Found, read and answered in one place. See how Stazion answers the tender.
No quote, no find
A tender is only shown when the words the match rests on are really in it. The quote is on the find, so you can check the claim against the source.
In your language
The buyer’s description, the words a find rests on and the buyer’s notes on a change are shown in the language you read, marked as translated, with the buyer’s own words one press away. The reason and the summary are in English.
Who wins this kind of work
The firms that won the most contracts for the same work in the buyer’s country or region, and the contracts each one won. For a manufacturer, the contractors worth a call.
Changed and cancelled tenders
A buyer who moves a deadline or cancels a tender is read too. A tender you saved says so, and the morning email tells you.
Search every open tender
Type what you are looking for in any language, a buyer’s name, a notice number or a CPV code, and save the search to get its new tenders by email each morning.
EU-wide or national
Every find says how widely it was advertised. A national tender is one fewer suppliers from abroad will ever see.
Questions teams ask.
What bid teams want to know before they stop checking the portals themselves.
Every new tender in TED, the EU’s tender database, about 1,700 on a working day, and the tenders below the EU thresholds from the national portals of Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Finland and Austria, plus every tender in the United Kingdom.
